In Pakistan Final Dates For Board Exams 2021 Announced


The government on Monday announced a final decision on the schedule of board exams, which rescheduled examination activities across Pakistan due to COVID-19.



Here are the details: Class 10 and 12 students will take the exams first. The education ministers of all the provinces agreed that no student, including 9th and 11th graders, would be promoted without examination this year.



However, Class 9 and 11 exams will be held after Class 10 and 12 as the government has changed the order of examinations.



Exam dates are as follows.


Class 10 exams will begin on June 19.
Class 12 exams will begin on July 6.
Class 9 exams will begin on July 20.
Class 11 exams will begin on August 5.


There will be no Matriculation and Intermediate Practical Examination, all students will be given 50% marks in Practical while the remaining 50% marks will be given in connection with the average of Part II Theory marks.


Earlier, Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mahmood said that the government would prioritize 12th and 10th class examinations, followed by 11th and 9th classes.


In his tweet, the Minister of Education said, "Inter-Ministerial Education Ministers Conference (IPEMC) was held yesterday. It was decided that board examinations would start after June 15. Intermediate and matriculation examinations should be given priority." So that results can come before admission to universities.
