Key Decisions on Education at the NCOC Meeting.
The meeting was attended by all provincial education ministers including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan and relevant secretaries
Executive Director Higher Education Commission Dr. Shaista, DG FGEI Cantt, Garrison Major General Asghar, and Secretary IBCC were also present.
Chairman Federal Board Qaiser Alam and Chairperson Para Zia Batool also attended the meeting.
Inter-Provincial Committee of Education Ministers examines in detail all possible options for conducting examinations across the country

Chairman Inter-Provincial Education Ministers Committee Shafqat Mahmood urged all federal units to ensure timely vaccination of teachers, supervisory staff, and other administrative staff.

The committee also discussed the issue of the transfer of NCHD and BACS staff to the provinces after June 30 in light of the decisions of the Council of Common Interests.
The National Education Assessment Framework was also shared with the provinces in the Inter-Provincial Committee of Education Ministers and was approved in principle.
In this regard, let me tell you that the Provincial Minister for Education, Punjab, Dr. Murad Ross expressed his views in a meeting of the Provincial Ministers of Education and said:
* The process of vaccination of teachers in Punjab province will be started in a few days.
* Vaccination of all teachers is the only way to keep schools open during the Corona epidemic.
* A special vaccination center for teachers will be launched in Lahore this week.
* Students have suffered a lot due to Corona, but they cannot compromise on the health of students and teachers.
Finally, let me tell you that the date sheet of the examinations will be decided by the concerned provincial education boards.
